Hotline
The District has established a hotline to provide a process for reporting imporoper governmental activities. There are several ways that questions may be submitted.
Telephone Hotline
Anyone wishing to make a report can dial 801-728-6890. Follow the voice prompts and you can leave an voice message that will be sent immediately to the proper personnel, who will reach out to you if you request a follow up call.
Online Form
This is an online form, fill out the form and on the last page click submit. This form can either be anonymous or if you submit your contact information we will follow up with you regarding this report.
