NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE NORTH DAVIS SEWER DISTRICT

Public Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the North Davis Sewer District will be in a re-scheduled meeting on Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at 6:00 P.M. in the District Office Board Room, located at 4252 West 2200 South, Syracuse, Utah 84075. Work meeting scheduled to immediately follow the board meeting.

Meeting Agenda:

1. Administer oath of office to newly appointed Board Member from Sunset City.
2. Declaration of conflicts of interest.
3. Approval of meeting minutes of the meeting held June 13, 2024.
4. Public Comments:  Individuals from the public may address the Board of Trustees at this time. Comments should be limited to three minutes and participants should state their name for the record. The Board of Trustees cannot take action on items not listed on the agenda.
5. Presentation of the 2023 Audited Annual Comprehensive Financial Report – Chuck Palmer of Chuck Palmer & Associates, PC.
6. Presentation and approval of Continuing Bond Disclosure documents – Angela Lupcho.
7. Engineering and construction update – Darren Lowe, Jacobs Engineering.
8. Presentation of proposed Syracuse West Gateway Community Reinvestment Project Area – Dave Maughan.
9. Consideration of approval of Resolution No. 2024-09, “A Resolution of the North Davis Sewer District approving an interlocal agreement with the Syracuse City Redevelopment Agency for the proposed Syracuse West Gateway Community Reinvestment Project Area.”
