NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE NORTH DAVIS SEWER DISTRICT

Public Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the North Davis Sewer District will be in a regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, December 14, 2023 at 6:00 P.M. in the District Office Board Room, located at 4252 West 2200 South, Syracuse, Utah 84075.

Meeting Agenda:

1. Declaration of conflicts of interest.
2. Approval of meeting minutes of the meeting held November 9, 2023.
3. Public Hearing – Amend 2023 Budget..
4. Public Hearing – Adopt 2024 Budget.
5. Consideration of approval of Resolution No. 2023-13, “A Resolution adopting an amendment to the budget for the remainder of the 2023 budget year.”
6. Consideration of approval of Administration Building Extension Proposal – David Hatch.
7. Consideration of approval of Resolution No. 2023-14, “A Resolution adopting a budget for the 2024 budget year.”
8. Consideration of approval of Resolution No. 2023-15, “A Resolution fixing the annual meeting schedule for the Board of Trustees of the North Davis Sewer District for the year 2024.”
9. Consideration of approval of the extension of the Municipal Advisory Agreement with Stifel Public Finance – Angela Lupcho.
